The team from the MIDA group dedicated to Solar Space Weather is participating in the "Festival della Scienza" in Genoa with the project AIxtreme "L’Intelligenza Artificiale al servizio di previsioni di eventi estremi nel sistema Sole-Terra" by Francesca Giannoni, Sabrina Guastavino, Anna Maria Massone, Andrea Mazzino and Roberto Susino.

The AIxtreme project is being showcased at the Festival della Scienza with a presentation titled "L’Intelligenza Artificiale al servizio di previsioni di eventi estremi nel sistema Sole-Terra". This project is dedicated to providing innovative solutions by employing artificial intelligence techniques inspired by the principles of physics. Its primary objective is to enhance the ability to predict extreme weather and space weather events. The AIxtreme project is one of the initiatives supported by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and the Fondazione CDP through the "Bando Intelligenza Artificiale", second edition.
